I guess Child Magazine couldn’t take the heat so they got out of the kitchen. According to one of my sources, the LA Times ran an article saying that “moms were slowly abandoning the Today show and other morning programs for the immediacy of web sites and blogs.” Could it be that this same trend was putting the squeeze on Child Magazine? There’s no telling…

Please refund the rest of my subscription to CHILD magazine, which has been discontinue. ALSO******I have never received PEOPLE magazine, which I also ordered and paid for! Please refund that subscription as well. I am really concerned that this happened and it might influence my decision to order additional magazines in the future.

Hi Helen,
I passed your information on to our customer service, we were able to get you your refund on Child.
As for People, there may be the possibility that you could have ordered it directly from the publisher because we cannot find your previous order in our system. Our pricing mailers are sometimes similar to theirs and it can be confusing to realize who you are buying from…I’ve made that mistake in the past.
Please let us know what you find out from the publisher. If you feel you have any other account discrepancies, please let us know ASAP we want to make sure that you are happy.
